So I was half a kg away from my goal weight but now I’ve gained like one kg the past month because I’ve been overeating and had a lot of untracked days🥲 locking in again now!!
breakfast: oatmeal with quark, raspberries and oatmilk
lunch: savoury oats with chicken
dinner: chicken curry salad with boiled potatoes
evening snack: quark, full fat yogurt, raspberries and a pear with cinnamon

This looks like a successful day! Real food, high protein and doesn’t seem like it would leave you starving!
How do you give your oatmeal that porridge-y texture? Mine always comes out just like mushy oats (which I still enjoy tbh)
