A few weeks ago I made the decision to get a Kamado Joe. I ordered a Konnected Joe and this community convinced me to cancel my order and get a BJ3. I called the company that I ordered the Konnected Joe from and canceled my order. Yesterday the BJ3 was delivered and it’s awesome!
Today my wife came home and found another pallet in my driveway. Turns out the company I ordered the Konnected Joe from didn’t actually cancel my order. I called them and they are acting shady about it. They are refusing to admit fault and want me to pay for the shipping back. I’m assuming the shipping is expensive.
Moral of the story make damn sure your order is cancelled before ordering again.

I’m not a lawyer. If someone sends you unordered merchandise, you don’t have to send it back or pay for it. That’s illegal. If you have proof that you canceled the order, it’s legally yours. Contact KJ directly and tell them about this, I’m sure they won’t be happy about one of their retailers doing this kind of crap.
