What is your favorite cut of steak? For me it’s a boneless ribeye.

    New York strip for me. No shade on any other cuts. You serve them to me and I’ll be thrilled. Just the NY was always made a big deal of in my family and I still love it

    Flat iron or sirloin. If you cook and cut them right, they’re just as tender as any cut of beef. Both have superb flavor in my opinion.

    Meh….too fatty for me. If I’m steaking it’s a 24oz. fillet all day

    No love for the tenderloin? It is my go-to for a special occasion with the wife, and just so good.

    Bottom round / London broil, or a top sirloin cut. A good tomahawk ribeye is also worth my time.

    Ribeye. But a close 2nd is a well marinated perfect medium rare skirt steak.

    Sirloin cap, aka pichaña. Second is ribeye, with a decent spinalis.

    Probably RibEye, but lately been doing a lot with flank steak. Marinates so well, and full of flavour. Just need to slice it properly and it’s pretty tender. My kid can’t eat enough of it

    If I’m grilling it than Tri-Tip for sure. If I’m pan frying it I’d say NY strip. Surprised by all the ribeye comments. Y’all really grill ribeyes?
