A little tip mate, get the grill racks from amazon what fit in the air fryer and sit them on top of the parchment paper to catch the drippings from the grill rack saves sticking to the parchment paper which is agree gets annoying haha. The grill racks in the air fryer work amazing too. The dish looks wonderful though. ๐

If you mix olive oil.lemon juice ,honey and mustard. Little balsamic vinegar .season little ..use this dressing on salad…

Great video. I have done low carb before. Must to again. Actually in 2012 I did a curry themed diet for a year and lost nearly 30 kg, sadly put back on! / Mark.

That recipe is banging. Youll probably find a lot of the weight loss is from water weight as your low carbing. You do whats good for you but as long as your in a calorie deficit through carbs or not youll lose weight. Im doing wings tomorrow now lol
