Ingredients:
– 500 grams of cooked pasta
– cherry tomatoes
– fresh basil
– minced garlic
– mozzarella pearls
– approx. 5 tbs of extra virgin olive oil
– 3-4 tbs. of red wine vinegar
– Italian (or mixed) herbs
– salt
– pepper
