Here is my grilled cheese, it has Ile de France Cremerin, Kerrygold Dubliner and a slice of American cheese. I used the American cheese for meltiness, the Cremerin cheese for creaminess and the Dubliner cheese for the sharp cheddar bite. It turn out really good. I used sourdough bread because I feel it is one of the best breads for making a grilled cheese.
