Mango salsa pulled pork

    It’s going to be 103 f today, so there is no way in hell I am turning on an oven or stove

    Recipe:

    * 6ish pounds of pork shoulder
    * Meat rub (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, mexican oregano, cayenne, chili powder, sugar, citric acid)
    * 4 cloves garlic (would have been 10, but I only had 4 left)
    * cup of mango salsa
    * 1/3 can of lager
    * going to cook on low for 8 hours
    * will serve over rice with more mango salsa and queso fresco
