Throw together pasta + chilli
(Don’t have some measurements because I literally threw random stuff in 😋)

Pasta:
* 800g lean beef mince
* 2x packs protein pasta
* 1x brown onion
* 1x red capsicum
* Peas
* Spinach
* 4 tbsp tomato paste
* 1-2 tsp minced garlic
* Mixed herbs, rosemary, salt + pepper
* Lil bit of cheese and fresh basil

Chilli:
* 800g lean beef mince
* 1x brown onion
* 1x red capsicum
* 4 tbsp tomato paste
* 2 tsp minced garlic
* 1x can red kidney beans
* 2x masterfoods chilli sauce
* Salt + pepper
* Jasmine rice (usually make with brown but didn’t realise I was running low🙃)
