1 cans white tuna
5 tbsp two good plain yogurt
1 tbsp low fat mayo
60g diced pickles
Lemon juice, pickle juice, s&p to taste

Serve on 90g celery sticks

= 3 net carbs, 100 cals

    Directions:
    Dice pickles small,
    Mix everything together well,
    Season to taste
    Serve in celery sticks =)
