
I’m super excited about this one tonight. Just read through the directions and found something kind of strange. It says to remove the sausages from their casing and crumble it while cooking with the potatoes, garlic, shallot, etc. so it will then be added back with the shrimp as sausage crumbles instead of slices? I’ve eaten plenty of shrimp/crab boils and I’ve never seen the sausage like this. I think I’ll crumble half and leave half in slices to see how it goes. Anyone else make this one using the crumbly sausage directions? I’m sure it will taste great either way🍤🍤🍤

I made this and ignored those directions! I kept the sausage in slices like it traditionally is.
I followed their directions for sausage and thought it was great!
