For me, these skinny dipped almonds packs are amazing. They're so good and only 60 calories a pack. Highly recommend.

What other guilt free snacks do people like that make them feel like they're cheating but they aren't?

Baked apples, just a little butter and cinnamon over a cut up apple and baked at 350 for 10-15 minutes. DELICIOUS and ~200 cals depending on the apple

Cheating on what? You’re not dating your diet, there’s no such thing as ‘cheating’ anything in moderation can help you attain your goals.

Air fried gyoza. It feels so high calorie, but it really isn’t.

What’s that portion? Like 13g are basically 5 almonds if they are dipped.

I would feel cheated by this snack. Probably also costs 2€ or so. Lol.

Probably when I eat something that’s 1200 calories in a single sitting like a fucking idiot and then survive on water and dreams for the rest of the day

Worth it btw that burger was bomb

My girlfriend got lemon almonds and they are so good. She wasn’t a fan and I ate the whole bag.

Yasso frozen yogurt bars and poppables

  8. Popcorn! I loveee the Lesser Evil brand. You can have 3 cups for only 120 calories & 14 carbs, plus it has 4g of fiber.

For me it’s a lifestyle change, not something I can “cheat”, buuuut I think mini ice cream sandwiches for 100 calories are a pretty cool hack

Chick fil a soft serve cone is about 200 cals and super yummy and filling!!

Yasso bars! Only 80-100 calories and taste like legit ice cream. Also, halo top. I don’t understand the hate it gets, it’s so good! My favorite Yasso bar is the chocolate fudge brownie and halo top plain chocolate 🙌🏼🙌🏼

outshine no sugar added popsicles. 1 pop for 20 cals/1 gram of sugar or THREE for 80 cals & 4 grams of sugar.

Some plain teas (sweeter fruit ones and vanilla-y flavors) really feel like they can’t be calorie-free to me!

My new obsession: buffalo chicken dip.
60g cottage cheese (I use 1%), 50g shredded chicken thighs, 1 tsp sriracha or Tabasco sauce.

Blend the cottage cheese if you want (I don’t bother but I like the texture). Mix together, heat until bubbling in the microwave.

You could really go low-cal by using veg as your dippers but I use pita chips. You could also improve your macros a bit by using chicken crests instead of thighs; I don’t think it would change anything much in this context. Thighs were just what I had in the house.

147 cals, 18g protein; with 28g of pita chips, 267 calories. Very satisfying. (I like to have a diet tonic water with lime and pretend I’m at a bar during happy hour. Hahaha.)

These with some low carb breyers. Also, a little nutella and a banana.

Mooosh’s It’s Like Cotton Candy: The taste and texture of cotton candy (though a bit stickier) but it’s 20 cal per bag of just fiber with 0 sugars. I like cotton candy, but can’t really justify eating what is essentially pure sugar. With this, I can get close to it AND get more fiber in my diet.

Btw, I do love those Skinny Dipped Almonds. The snack size portion is just perfect to prevent me from eating too much.

Pork rinds. 80 calories/8g protein per half ounce. It’s literally an “unhealthy” snack but it’s bringing me towards my protein goal for cheap.

Barebells protein bars, 200/20g. It’s a candy bar but it’s got protein.

Lenny and Larry’s Complete Cookie – White Chocolate Flavored Macadamia. 480/16g protein/10g fiber. I honestly wish these had LESS fiber and more protein, the protein by itself is actually not great. But they’re actually delicious, IMO way better than even the regular chocolate chip ones. I just wish they were like 30g protein/6g fiber, I’d literally probably just eat 4 cookies a day and call it good.

Checkout anabolic recipes on youtube. Basically taking something fattening and making it healthier and protein packed with waaay less cals.
