Got this classic 2 off craigslist for $400. Should have sliced the onions thinner, but the first cook went great.

    That’s the only way I make burgers now. Love using tallow on the griddle and Penzey’s Chicago Steak Seasoning on them.

    Can you do 2 half moons at the same level without choking airflow? I’ve never tried, but always assumed that’d be too much… Now I’m curious.
