With summer here I just wanted to let others know that plain Greek yogurt mixed with a little Mayo is an amazing substitute for pasta or chicken salad.

I recently started doing this and not only is it delicious but has way better macros. I’ve posted my chicken salad recipe and it’s 45% protein 😎 The serving portion could easily be enough filling for 2-3 sandwiches 🥪🥪🥪
