Made the dough on 07/25 morning, baked at 07/26 night after my shift. I don’t have a powerful mixer so I mainly knead it by hand. Surprisingly, the dough did not overferment even though the suggested first rise inside the fridge is only 17h (mine was 34h).
The bread turned out really soft and has a hint of sour taste.
