Bibim guksu. Love the cold spice. And naegnmyeon just doesn’t have the flavor for me 🤷🏻♂️

It’s dependant on the quality I’m expecting it to be.
If it’s at a good restaurant, naengmyeon is incredible.
If it’s not a good restaurant or I’m making it out of like a package, then bibim is probably my choice. It has a better floor but not as high of a ceiling.

Depends on the day, love them both. One restaurant near me has a combo bibim mul version.
The best is when they top them off with a shaved slushy ice made from the broth.
Dammit now I’m hungry.

I prefer the mul, but only from certain restaurants. One near me does it bland (but their bibim is delish), while a different place has very flavorful mul and so-so bibim. I know what I want for dinner now!

I like mul naengmyeon, but I also ask for some sauce on the side because I like to shake it up for my taste buds. I do the same for fried chicken. Always getting that yangnyeom sauce on the side in case I want to dip my soy sauce or cheese snow chicken instead of just getting yangnyeom chicken 😂

Depends on the weather… but I’ll prefer the bib in a coin flip

On hot korean summer? Too easy. Gotta have my ice cold soup in there.
