Deconstructed s’mores anyone? ?These s’more bites by @itsbrittwilliams are made with the classic s’more ingredients, and so simple to make for a summer get together!

Ingredients
4 graham crackers, crushed
4 oz milk chocolate chips (or one 4 oz milk chocolate bar)
1 tbsp coconut oil
One 10 oz bag of marshmallows
Preparation
Line a cutting board with parchment paper.
Add marshmallows to parchment paper and stick toothpicks in each.
Add graham crackers to a food processor and pulse to a medium crumb. Alternatively, you can crush crackers in a bowl with a spoon. Transfer to a small bowl.
In a small saucepan over low heat, add chocolate with coconut oil, stirring frequently until melted and smooth. Transfer to a small bowl.
One by one, stick a toothpick in each marshmallow and dip in the melted chocolate then in the crushed graham crackers. Set in the fridge for a few minutes and enjoy!

Probably just me but I would wanna cover the entire marshmallow and freeze them then slightly warm them before eating❕❗
