I followed the single serving recipe from Mini Batch Baker but cut it into 3. Most of the calories comes from the store-bought whipped cream cheese icing.
I used cake batter extract, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, light butter, brown sweetener, sugar free syrup, and fiber gourmet flour. I also used more sweetener and cinnamon for the filling than the recipe called for. These are so good!!
