Made a nice batch of Zuppa Toscana today. It freezes super well! (I just discovered Souper Cubes and might get some, but my glass containers work OK.) Sometimes I put plastic wrap over the top if I think it will be in the freezer a while.

If you eat bacon, it's worth it to fry up some of the real stuff for topping. I hadn't done that yet when I took the pic.

Modification of recipe: I use whole cream instead of half-and-half.

    Vote for souper cubes. Super useful. I freeze several then pop them out and stack:freeze them in a ziplock as bricks
