What should the texture be? The after 9 hours the Thai chilies at the bottom are crumbly. The reapers at the top are soft but seemingly dry. What is my goal? I feel like I want them all to be crumbly but I'm not sure what's best. Is there sucha thing as OVER dehydrated? I do wanna make some dry rubs and seasonings with them. If anyone got any good recipes,please lmk.
