How good is that jam? I’m assuming it’s mixed berry? My local stores only carry strawberry and grape.

Are you me?! Definitely one of my favorite snacks to have.

When I was in elementary school, in Southern California, there was a version of this offered as a school breakfast people could get. It was rolled up burrito style, wrapped in foil and baked in an low temp over – perhaps 250F / ~ 121C. Both peanut butter and jelly get runny and fluid and with a lowish temp like this they aren’t going to scald your mouth.
Another option is to add just a tiny pinch of salt on the peanut butter to bring out the flavor a bit more.
Give it a shot – takes a bit longer to make but seems to really make different in the overall experience.
