There really isn’t a recipe. I used store bought pie crust to line the muffin tin and filled it with the chicken pot pie mix then put more pie crust over it with an egg wash. Just make your chicken pot pie filling the same as you ever do.
I put them in the oven for about 20 minutes at 425° F.

These look amazing! I’d love the recipe, OP!

Those are really cute and not something I’ve ever seen before, actually.
How do those containers wash up? Do you need to take the rubber off to clean it separately? I’ve looked at them before but thought they’d be hard to clean.

How do you reheat it?

Seems like you achieved a very good ratio between bread and filling *hnnnnng*

The muffin tins are a great idea!

Hmm I don’t think I’d want chicken pot pie all week, but I might freeze some.

Sometimes I wonder how much money I would save if I had the appetite of a normal person. These look really good, but unfortunately, there is no way I could make 5 meals out of this.

This was made with a standard sized muffin tin?
Man_Bear_Beaver
these look tasty!
for some reason my mind wants to skip the pie crust and somehow bake it into biscuits.
Maybe bake biscuits then press/cut a pothole in the middle, then make the pie filling and freeze into ice cube trays, put the frozen filling into the biscuit (to prevent the biscuit from getting mushy) and freeze the whole thing, night before take out of freezer and just warm up in a frying pan.
Thanks for the idea 😀
Wish I could try one of your now 😛

What size muffin tin did you use? I’m imagining it to make it myself, but I think my muffins would be very small if I tried this?
