(Premium meal) Herb Butter-Grilled Steak with Potato Salad

I got this as part of the Gold Medal discounts. This was quite good and very filling and the steak was tender. I highly recommend the meal. I made some changes: 1. I have a grill pan but I didn’t feel like taking the time or making more of a mess so I cooked it in a regular pan; 2. I minced a couple of cloves of garlic and added it to the herb butter, forgetting that garlic powder was added to the steak. Worked out though; 3. I don’t like oil and vinegar for salad dressing so I used ranch dressing instead
