Tonight, I prepared a Mexican dinner featuring classic beef tacos. In the video, I demonstrated how to cook up a batch of taco beef. Below are the simple ingredients you’ll need today. I’ll be using Old El Paso Taco seasoning, but I also have my own seasoning recipe which I’ll share below.

**Taco Meat Recipe**

Ingredients:
– 3 pounds ground beef
– 2 packets Old El Paso taco seasoning
– 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
– 2 teaspoons salt
– 1 teaspoon white sugar
– About 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil for cooking

**Taco Seasoning Recipe**

Ingredients:
– 4 to 5 cloves garlic, finely minced
– 1 medium onion, finely minced or diced
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– 1 tablespoon chili powder

Note: Fresh garlic and onion can be substituted with powdered versions. Use 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or onion powder in place of fresh ingredients. Combine all taco seasoning ingredients thoroughly before use.

I hope you try out my recipe and enjoy it! Feel free to share with family and friends. Thank you for watching, and I hope you all have a delightful dinner!
