Anyone else love tortilla pizzas? I sometimes use Joseph's pitas, but I find tortillas make a better thin crust pizza. These are in the 300-400 range each. It's amazing to eat a whole pizza for like 400 calories.

Recently I've been using the burrito size and making larger pizzas, but the fajita size is great too. My absolute favorite is buffalo chicken. What kind of toppings do you guys put on your tortilla pizzas? I'm looking for inspo!

Typical recipe:

1 tortilla (70 fajita size, 110 burrito size)

Mozzarella 28g or 56g (80 for fajita, 160 burrito, BUT I do a 50/50 mix of fat free and skim mozzarella to save 20-40 calories)

Toppings/sauce: Buffalo sauce and grilled chicken breast (110-200) Honestly I use just Franks but recently I've been using Melinda's Cayenne wing sauce. Choose the low cal sauce of your choice.

Pizza squeeze (15 cal per tbsp) and turkey pepperoni (60 or 100 cals) sometimes I add basil or jalapenos

Low cal ranch, bacon and pickles

Method

Preheat oven to 450. Put tortilla in oven, make sure it's supported by the grate so it doesn't droop.

Take the tortilla out once it holds its shape, not too hard

Put all the toppings on. I recommend putting sauce all over so no crust otherwise the tortilla crust can burn.

Either bake at 450 for 10 mins or broil it for a couple.

Please don't roast me for using paper plates occasionally. Pizzas are my lazy day food so it's often accompanied with a paper plate.

Yes!! Whenever I can’t eat anything else (ARFID), simple small tortilla or pita pizzas have my back. I usually use greek pita because they’re not tiny but not huge, with just tomato paste for the sauce and mozzarella on top. Then I go nuts with various herbs and spices to get whatever taste I’m vibing with.

    Ends up between 300 – 400 calories. Lovely ❤️
