Avocado-cucumber toast with cream cheese x2 for breakfast, some chocolate and nuts as snacks during the day, cucumber with vinegar lol before my 30-minute home workout, and a big dinner with fried tofu with fried rice and veggies. Typical day:)
A year later I have maintained my 47.5-48kg at 153cm and am relieved counting is actually behind me. I try to eat well and in moderation, I exercise and I don't starve. I drink alcohol 1 or twice a week, typically 2 drinks on average if I'm out. No soft drinks and soda/cola.
I believe counting is not needed once you crack the code of what works for you. And any movement is always better than none, even if 15 minutes a day.
