Where are the vegetables? The micros on these will be terrible. Even if we pretend they include vegetables, so don’t totally suck, the proportions of ingredients are all wrong too.
IDGAF about protein g. If you are cooking with whole foods, you will be above the ISSN range for endurance athletes anyway and protein deficiency basically doesn’t exist in the west unless you are old. Unless you are a competitive body builder it just doesn’t matter.
I am highly suspicious too that he has lots of creamy looking sauces and didn’t disclose the saturated fat content of those meals.
