Thank you all so much for the long time inspo! I couldn't explain why I was lurking for so long and not also meal prepping myself. I guess I just loved how supportive this sub is and seeing how different and the same our lives are around the world through everyday people cooking for real life.

I used the recipes from woks of life for beef with string beans, and curry chicken. Froze two, ate one today 🙂

It was not Sunday, it was not mealtime, I just scheduled two hours of meal prep into my weekday, got the ingredients and did it!

I found it helpful that many people who would often comment – it's just making a dish you think will reheat good into leftovers on purpose! That finally got me over the mental hurdle of how daunting the idea of 'planning' for a meal prep would be. I just thought of home cooked Cantonese food and shopped for two recipes.

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
