Yellow onion – finely diced
Bell pepper- finely diced
3 Eggs – beaten
3 packs -Maple syrup instant oatmeal
Sage- to taste
Tomato juice
Ketchup
Garlic powder
Salt and Pepper.

  1. This looks so good Mattie. I sautee my onions (peppers too?) in butter till tender or carmelized, as you prefer….or not. Allow the onions to cool down and refrdgerate overnight before using……Gotta try your.s..looks yummy !

  4. I never get tired of your videos, Ms. Mattie! You’re an excellent teacher. I was born and raised in Southeastern VA and you remind me so much of many of my loved ones who taught me how to cook when I was a little girl (I started cooking at 8). They’re now passed away but I still cherish what they taught me. Keep making such wonderful videos!
