I feel like the crust on my sourdough isn’t forming all the way. Does anyone have any idea why?

    Bake it just how you did but then after remove it from the Dutch oven and place it on the rack by itself and bake for an additional 5-10 min

  3. What was the internal temp when you took it out?

    Very underbaked and doesn’t look like you scored very well/deep enough. Unless you like bread like that.

    Did you take the lid off after 20 or so min?

    Baking with steam will brown it up better

    This loaf is as pale as a sickly Victorian child.

    After you bake it with the lid on the Dutch oven, take the lid off, and bake it for like 15 more minutes
