Chadol (brisket) because I never get tired of eating it; whereas, I can get tired of samgyupsal (pork belly) after a bit.

Samgyeopsal, because after a long stay in a foreign country, you come back to Korea and gather people to go get samgyeopsal and soju, and not chadol.

Samgyeopsal because chadol I associate with Chinese hotpot or jjigaes.
If I eat chadol with BBQ (not AYCE) it’ll get expensive because I eat the first 3-4 servings under 5mins. It has very little substance. I like it inbetween.
