it doesn't taste like spaghetti or anything but if you love vegetables like me it's literally delicious i would eat this even if i wasn't on a diet!

I make a version of this dish all the time and agree it’s so good. Diced zucchini, bell pepper, onion, garlic, canned tomatoes, spices, and whatever other veggies I feel like throwing in. Makes a good base for mixing with a protein and/or pasta too.
