• 36g macaroni (measured uncooked)
  • 100g vegetarian meat
  • 50g chicken mince
  • 450g macaroni / spaghetti vegetable mix (red bell pepper, red onion, leek)
  • 400g mushrooms
  • 70g can of tomato purée
  • seasonings: salt, pepper, basil, oregano, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder

cook the pasta. Add veggie mince and chicken mince to a pan and add the seasonings. Then gradually add the veggie mix + mushrooms. Add the pasta, about half a cup to a cup of the pasta water, tomato purée, and some more seasonings. Enjoy!

Recipe makes three servings. 186 calories, 360 grams, 8.4g fiber and 16.8g protein per serving
