- 36g macaroni (measured uncooked)
- 100g vegetarian meat
- 50g chicken mince
- 450g macaroni / spaghetti vegetable mix (red bell pepper, red onion, leek)
- 400g mushrooms
- 70g can of tomato purée
- seasonings: salt, pepper, basil, oregano, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder
cook the pasta. Add veggie mince and chicken mince to a pan and add the seasonings. Then gradually add the veggie mix + mushrooms. Add the pasta, about half a cup to a cup of the pasta water, tomato purée, and some more seasonings. Enjoy!
