I know it’s been said before, but these wontons are the shit.
Lazy dinner and super filling. Does anyone else do this? What do you add to it?

How do you make the base?

My absolute favorite. Not only low calorie and delicious, but you can get a hot bowl of soup in front of your face in about 10-15 minutes. And it doesn’t get boring because you can make it a little different each time. Different veggies. They make a few variations of the wontons with different filling. More calories to eat? Add and egg or pulled pork. I like to add chili oil and sesame oil to the broth.
Or lightly pan fry the wontons and serve on a plate with grilled or sautéed vegetables. I like to dip them in hot Chinese mustard.
A half serving is a really satisfying snack and just over 100 calories. 6 of those with some mustard as a snack is so much more satisfying than the calorie equivalent in tortilla chips or cheese cubes.
