    If it’s too much char for someone, you can just scrape some off with a butter knife.

    Char if they are still juicy. Burnt if they are dry.

    Looks a little charred, but I’d still be happy with those. I’d bring the grill temp down a little next time.

    We pretty much only grill thighs, and these look perfectly spot-on to me.
