Hungarian hot wax is my guess. I have 4 of them and they are producing like mad!

I grew sweet banana peppers this year and they looked like these. Mine were big producers but not very flavorable to be honest. That being said be cautious. Sweet banana peppers have little to no heat. Hot banana and Hungarian Wax are highly variable. Proceed cautiously. The seeds and veins are where the heat is. So a bite with seeds will be different than one without seeds. You can devein and deseed them to reduce the amount of heat. But that’s also part of the flavor of the chili so you should taste it so you know what the pepper tastes like.

I have hot bananas this year that look a lot like this and have been crazy prolific too!

And they will turn a nice shade of red. I sliced mine thin and included them with jalapeños and serranos in my Cowboy Candy.
