

Almost every time I try to use the coleslaw for any meal I open it and not only does it smell like literal rot, but it’s lost color and looks black/moldy. Is this a common issue??? Do I need to be doing something with the mix when I get it so it doesn’t go foul so fast??

Are you keeping it in the fridge?
I just came back from buying a bag of coleslaw mix for the chimichurri chicken tacos. First time with such a complete coleslaw fail.
Mine was like this too. Unusual. I’ve had slaw in the past and it was fine.
It’s been like that for me all summer with Green chef, every plate and hello fresh. I’ve actually stopped ordering until cooler weather as my boxes were not arriving in good shape /warm.
Every time.
