I wasn’t sure how these would turn out because I completely threw together a recipe since I couldn’t find one online that I liked but they were AMAZING!! Super filling and delicious 🤤

92g egg whites room temp
Whip them with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form
Add in monk fruit to get desired sweetness (I eyeballed it, I’d say about 1-2tbs you don’t need a ton since egg whites don’t have flavor alone)

18g great value powdered peanut butter whip in gradually

Cook on LOW low and slow baby 5 minutes on one side with some water in the pan covered, flip and cook another 5 minutes and top it with toppings of your choice!

170 calories, 24 grams of protein and absolutely delicious 🥰
