    Ron would have a Lagavulin 16…I like a nice IPA with a steak, but a good malty beer pairs well too, scotch ale and brown ale are often overlooked but excellent with red meat

    A steak that fatty reminds me of good wagyu so a nice clean sake made from half polished rice

    A very nice barolo or pinot noir while eating and a stiff pour of peaty scotch, neat while it digests.
