  1. 👍❤

I am team mascarpone cheese. 🧀🧀

I love the ravioli bake because I can make individual size portions in ramekins and freeze any leftover sauce and assemble when needed. 🍽🍽

Thank you, "Chef Girl-ardee" Catherine 👩‍🍳

  2. Wow! All three recipes look delicious! Which one was your favorite, Catherine? The first one I'm going to try is the Ravioli Lasagna. I love all pasta dishes, though! Love from Texas ❤

  3. Always told my kids that was my fake lasagna I used to make that All the time we loved it! I like cottage cheese and ricotta depends on how much money I had.

  4. I love your version of these 3 recipes Catherine!😍
    The cheesier the better!😋
I really like the way you changed them around to be your favorites!😘
I started using tomato soup years ago instead of the sauce or paste. Some people add sugar and we just use canned tomato soup!☺️
I've gotten to the point of making my own lasagna so I can add the things I like best!😚
I definitely approve of your spin on these recipes because that's the way I like them too!🤩
Thanks for sharing more great recipes!🥰

  5. I prefer ricotta . But great recipes. I add red wine to my tomato sauce also. It reduces acidity and adds flavor and the alcohol cooks out.

  6. Hi Catherine!!! I like both Cottage Cheese and Ricotta Cheese. All your recipies look really delicious…YUMS!!! I would try these for sure.. Great Video!!!…🦋

  7. Love ricotta and cottage cheese. I think I'm Italian dishes I prefer ricotta. Thank you for these delicious recipes.

  8. Absolutely loved the ravioli lasagna. Made it after you posted it a bit ago. So easy and delicious

  9. I prefer cottage cheese. Why did you add sugar to the first and third item but not the 2nd? Have you ever rubbed your Italian seasoning between your palms to kind of "wake it up" as you drop it into the sauce? These look great and I will be trying them all! Thanks for sharing!

  10. I use cottage cheese instead of ricotta. I put cottage cheese in a blender, sprinkle with Italian herbs and garlic powder and barely mix it. This mimics ricotta texture.

  11. Amazing recipes as always! I have been using cottage cheese when I make my lasagna. Thank you for sharing Catherine!

  12. For the lasagna/ravioli bake spin, I love "Ricotta Cheese." That's what I grew up with. Thank you and your family for sharing your time and talents to make my dinner table meals taste so good. 🌹😊❤

  13. WOW…that’s three delicious recipes😵 It would be hard to pick a favorite😱 That spaghetti Alfredo looks very tempting though🤗

  14. The ravioli lasagna looks to be my fave, I will try it! The spaghetti Alfredo bake seems weird to mix a meat sauce with an Alfredo. The Italians I don’t think would do thus, I might be wrong on that though!
