  1. I remember I had a plate of these at Vesuvio back in the late 90s. I got really sick from food poisoning and had some mad fever dreams. I ate at an indian place just before though, and Artie Bucco insisted it was that that made me sick. It was then that I realised that Big Puss Bonpenseiro was talking to the feds. 4 dollars a pound.

  2. There's no way this is a legit dish in a high-end restaurant. I give them props for some decent technique, but this dish needs some serious work.

  3. We eat zucchini flower dolmas in Turkiye all the time. Ps dolma literally means filling in Turkish

  4. Mashed fish with squash paste stuffed into a flower. Kinda like stuffed grape leaves but with fish.

  5. Bro just water beer flour, make a quick tempura and fry. Faster, better enhancing the delicate flower taste not covered by many stuffings.
