– A sprinkle of ground Sanshō.

Dashi Stock:
– Kombu.
– Shiitake.
– Cep/Porcini.
– Oyster Shrooms.
– Slippery Jack.
– Champignon.
– Aromatics Veg & Alliums.
– Spice & Herb Blend.

Noodles:
– Ikiko Tokyo Rye Noodles.

Oil:
– Mayu.
– Sichuan Chilli Oil.

Toppings:
– Freshly cracked Black Pepper.
– Roasted Yellow Pepper.
– Shio Koji Glazed Aubergine (Eggplant) & Courgette (Zucchini).
– Spring Onions (Scallions).
– Nori.

    I’d try black sesame paste with the cashews. But looks solid. A bit extra with the Japanese newspaper clipping though? idk about uncategorized. Veg tantan. Think garlic clashes too much with the spicy/nutty personally
