Never tried a pork tenderloin on the grill. Pulled at 140. This turned out awesome.

    Pork tenderloin works out so easily on the grill. You can marinate or use a rub. I place it on the rack above the grill for indirect heat. I place on grill when temp is at 140 deg to get the the grill marks. The whole process is done within 45 minutes.

    Got the recipe [here](http://littlebcooks.blogspot.com/2012/04/island-pork-tenderloin.html).

    Brined for about 8 hours in salt, sugar, soy sauce, and olive oil. Took it out (pun intended) and dried with paper towels. Seared all sides and thin pulled while I brought the charcoal down to 350.

    Added the garlic, brown sugar and Cholula (fuck Tabasco) and then put it back on till reached 140. Served with mango salsa.

    Bro, that shit looks like a BBC with a disease! Did it at least taste good I know you had to have a drink with that shit. Pork loins on a grill require constant attention, low and slow, plenty of moisture.
