Modified the slaw a bit (I hate mayo and sour cream) and went mashed instead of roasted potatoes. Really delicious!

I alwayssss get this one! I brought it over to my parents house last week and added a box of zaterans red beans and rice and a box of jiffy corn bread and it fed all 5 of us with big portions!

I had it the other day and I’m finally getting the fry correct last two fish meals I’ve done haha. It was great and the slaw is a nice option for summer months… I also did mashed potatoes.
I used a premium offer this previous week and had a trout with some peach salad and that was tasty as well.
