Tajin is a good one.
I like my cucs a few different ways:
* with ranch seasoning * tossing them in vinegar with salt (gives it a salt and vinegar vibe if you’re into that and zero cals) * tossing them in Olive Garden light italian dressing (only like 20 cals) * with Slap Ya Mama seasoning * dipping them in bolthouse farms ranch (25 cals per tbsp) * I also like to eat them with laughing cow and turkey as a little snack plate

Soak in lime juice, tajin, and some Mexican hot sauce. Yuuumm
Make a dip from greek yogurt, milk, and ranch seasoning. Also, homemade tzatziki! Alternatively, you could make some other kinda greek yogurt sauce/dip – there’s lots of recipes out there.

Fat free Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and a little water to thin it out is a high protein, low calorie dip

I do what they do at Mexican fruit stands.
Blend about half a cucumber with juice from like 1-2 limes, as many jalapeños or serranos as you like. I pulse to leave it a bit chunky.
Pour on top of cucumbers, sliced as spears. Add more salt and lime to taste. The flakey salt is better IMO. I’ll sometimes still add Tajín on top of that.
I also add jicama or watermelon.
