The korean unli place in our area has the best stir fry and bulgogi. Tried making it at home but they had the same ingredients, so i was wondering what made a difference in their taste and appearance? picture for reference

Not sure what you’re asking exactly. Stir fry is an english word that describes a cooking technique. Bulgogi is a name of a number of styles of cooked meat dishes from korea that may or may not be stir fried. Typically bulgogi isn’t really a stir fry dish although you could loosely call it that.

I‘d guess with with stir fry OP means 제육 볶음? That would be a different recipe OP, just look up Jeyuk Bokkeum.

  3. Bulgogi meant it meat that was flame grilled on a open fire until it was later modified for modern home cooking for practical reasons. Stir-fry is well you already know.

Jeyukbokkeum: Stir-fried pork with spicy sauce

Bulgogi: Pork or beef that is marinated a while before cooking, may be stir-fried.

Those two are very similar so people may use them interchangeably
