Easy and quick to make, the ingredients make 4 portions.
I use smoked tofu, as it has a better consistency for these kinds of recipes. I mix the cubed tofu with a little cornstarch and the sweet soy sauce about 15 mins before adding it to the pan, so that it can take on some of the flavor of the sauce.
You can probably replace the udon noodles with rice, but I really like the texture of udon noodles!

Ingredients:
– Udon noodles, 400 grams
– Smoked tofu, 400 grams
– Carrots, 3 cups
– Broccoli, 3 cups
– Teriyaki sauce, 100 ml
– Sweet soy sauce, 30 ml
– A small amount of olive oil
– Sesame seeds
