One of my pepper plants has this brown scaring in all the peppers. Thoughts? Thx in advance! 🌶️

Flesh expansion usually due to excessive moisture uptake. This can happen in heavy rains. That expansion gets thins or even splits a little. Then it heals over which is what you see here. I have this on a few peppers now because of heavy rain a few days ago. I saw the splitting/thinning and I’m seeing the scaring happen now.
Not ideal but it’s better than a full split which would open the pepper to bacteria and then it will rot.

Looks like broad mite damage, but the other suggestion of overwatering is possible too
