Good job tracking! Tomorrow is always a new day

  2. Naebliiss

At least you tracked it all. That‘s a sign of discipline. Most would have just binged it all without documenting it

I have never heard of an Oreo pie. Is it worth the 250?

  4. firstclasssweetie

At least you got some protein in 🥴

Try to go easy for the rest of today (high volume, low calorie), do some form of exercise, and get back on the wagon tomorrow

We all mess up! One step back, two forward

Been there but it is good that you logged it and didn’t try to run from it. Emotions aside, this is a numbers game. You can always undo a mishap or just pick it up tomorrow!

I also did know McDonald had a Oreo and creme pie. That sounds banging. Please don’t give me a reason to go there lol.

Your honesty is so brave, I’m not even being sarcastic.

  7. Dioonneeeeee

At least you tracked, enjoy your “snack” for now and get back on track tomorrow, no McDonald’s for the rest of the week lol

I’m right there with ya today! It’s all good just start fresh tomorrow 😉

The title made me lol. Definitely relatable lol

This is a good example of just how easy it is to eat a lot of calories. Fast food restaurants are very skilled at packing unbelievable amounts of calories into their food. I often see posts with people freaking out about gaining 5 pounds on vacation, and the obligatory comment, “It’s mostly water weight! You couldn’t possibly have eaten 17,500 extra calories in a week.” Sadly, it’s a lot easier than it should be.

This is also a good example of why it’s good to track even when you go over. If you know how many calories you actually ate, you can have a better understanding of any changes you see on the scale, and how much of that is actual weight gain vs. water weight.

Yup I just had my off day too!! I am not brave enough to log it though lol

Eat whatever you want but at McDonald’s?

I wish I could track like this on my days off. I’m always too afraid to see how much I truly eat. I know it has to happen eventually though. Otherwise I won’t be able to make the lifestyle changes that need to happen. Awareness is key.

I wasn’t aware there’s such thing as a chicken mcgriddle—I don’t eat red meat (or pork if you’re one of those people who considers pork white meat), so I never even bothered looking at the breakfast sandwiches. This is information I was probably better off not knowing 👀 lmao

Good example on how fast the fast food can skyrocket in calories! Yowza! We all have bad days though. Thanks for the honesty!

Good for you for tracking it all! Tomorrow is a new day and today you enjoyed the food you wanted and were craving! I sure do love a McDonald’s hash brown and sausage biscuit 😋

As somebody whose mental health has kept me from tracking (and for whatever reason has also made me ravenous), I’m genuinely impressed with the discipline you showed in tracking this! That’s a very big part of it.
