Looks good! I want to make some kimchi and hobak buchim soon. Do you make your own kimchi?

I mean, I’m all about that flavor, so technically I could live off anything vegan and tasty. Burgers being a particular weakness, because I’m American.
But Korean and Vietnamese food have probably the best flavors I’ve tasted π€€π²

I agree! korean food is SO good!!! my favourite restaurant at the moment is a korean place in my city. Good food & relatively cheap! I’m yet to make it at home myself, but I would love to give making kim chi a try π

You should check out Joanne Lee Molinaro’s recipes: https://thekoreanvegan.com/ She has some really great stuff online and in her cookbook. My favorite is the Gamja Tang (potato stew).

The Korean Vegan has some of the most delicious food I have ever had! I love the cookbook. Recipes can be time consuming but worth it!
