I made my first attempt of a tonkotsu ramen. Second ramen I made after a chicken chintan . I'm open to any constructive opinions.
I wanted to ask you if you know why this is happening: when I poured the soup into the bowl, after a minute a fat cast(more visible on second picture) started to appear. Do you know how to prevent this?
